From concept to creation
You have one dedicated bespoke manager. They keep the details clear, arrange approvals and stay close to the maker’s bench.

Our team turns the brief into sketches and, where useful, a detailed 3D model for review.

Proportion, setting height and stone placement are shown before any making begins.

Stone and metal
Select from a considered inventory of stones, 18k gold, platinum and recycled metals.
Make your choice
We explain colour, durability, origin and care in plain language, then record your approval.

Master goldsmithing
Your approved design moves to the bench, where it is formed, set, polished and checked by hand.
At the bench
We allow four to eight weeks for most made-to-order pieces, with progress updates at key stages.

Final approval
Inspect the finished piece in our boutique or choose insured delivery arranged around your schedule.
One final detail
Every bespoke piece includes complimentary engraving, subject to the available space and material.
