01 / Welcome

Welcome to Malory Collections Ltd.

Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order.

Malory Collections Ltd. is a luxury retailer based at 13 Louisa Place, Cardiff, CF10 5BY. We sell fashion, jewellery and accessories through our website, by arrangement and during private appointments.

Product images and descriptions aim to be accurate. Small differences in colour, finish, stone character or measurement can occur, especially with natural materials. Measurements and specifications shown on a product page form part of its description.

Questions about these luxury retail terms and conditions can be sent to [email protected] or raised with our customer service team on +44 7911 260225.

02 / Purchase

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after we have checked the details and accepted payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Add the chosen item to your basket, provide accurate contact and delivery details, then review the order before payment. We will send an acknowledgement by email. A contract begins when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. We can decline an order where an item is unavailable, a listing contains a clear error, or payment cannot be authorised.

The price payable is the price displayed at checkout, including applicable UK taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment details are processed through secure payment services; we do not ask you to send card details by email or telephone.

Availability can change before an order is accepted. Jewellery listings identify relevant materials, sizes and stone details where those specifications are available. Diamond purchases include the documentation held for that item. Ask us for clarification before buying if a specification matters to your decision.

03 / After purchase

Delivery & Returns

We confirm the delivery method and expected timing with your order. Keep the item and its packaging in the condition in which they arrived.

We deliver to the address supplied at checkout using the service confirmed for your order. Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, takes possession of the goods. For click and collect, we will tell you when the order is ready at our Cardiff address. Bring your order reference and suitable identification.

For most non-made-to-order goods bought online, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item and then return it within the following 14 days. Items must be unworn, unused and complete with original packaging, labels and documentation. Once the return is checked, we will refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law, using the original payment method.

Items made to your measurements, chosen materials or approved design are made for you and may not qualify for the change-of-mind cancellation right. We will confirm the specification and price before work starts. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or do not meet the contract. Appointment times can be changed by contacting us as early as possible.

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match your order. Include your order reference and clear details of the issue. We will assess the appropriate remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
